Team Sales Coordinator:

Your responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:Maintain, manage, and organize all school stock products. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our physical education equipment orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

• Warehouse Management:Assist in receiving for Team Sales shipments and manage physical education inventory, including restocking and organization.

• Production Support:Collaborate in our Team Sales production area by sorting orders, preparing logos for application, and operating our heat press machines.

• Website Management:Maintain Institutional Products on our website, contributing to our online presence.

• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service support, covering the Team Sales Customer Service Desk when needed.

• Logistics:Utilize our company van to transport orders within the city. You will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.

• Team Support:Assist in the organization and maintenance of our Team Sales Sample Lending Library, supporting our marketing and social media initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous experience with various sports

• Strong communication skills

• Physical fitness – able to lift heavy boxes when required

• Energetic and exceptional interpersonal abilities

• Quick learner who embraces new challenges

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office & Excel programs

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Exceptional organizational skills
