Team Sales Department:
Requires Full Time Team Sales in House Associate.  Great career opportunity with large earning potential in a fun team based work environment with great customer base.  Sales experience is a strong asset, and we will train all necessary additional skills needed to be successful in the industry.  A good work ethic, personal motivation, attention to detail and a positive team attitude are essential.

Job Description:

• Service and sell to current and new Team Sales customers.
• Answer incoming calls and inquires.
• Provide product information and quotations to customers.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Gather new product knowledge.
• Achieve team sales goals.
• Set up and run out of store displays and booths.
• Provide support to all areas of the Team Sales Department.

Positive Skills:

• Superior Communication on the phone and via email.
• Above average computer knowledge (email, typing, excel, must feel very comfortable on a computer).
• Typing Speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Energetic, and good people skills.
• Good work ethic (able to work independently and achieve personal goals).
• Motivated, confident and able to take on responsibility.
• Quick Learner.
• Superior Organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic sports knowledge.
• Graphic Art Knowledge (not essential).

  • 1st year - $53K to $55K
  • 2nd year - $55K to $60K plus
